Walking in the Triglav National Park gives us a feeling of being in the centre of nature on some of the most unpopulated trails in Slovenia. Continuing upto Prisivec at 1761m we reach the highpoint of our walk with a spectacular view of Slovenia's highest mountain Triglav alongwith a whole panorama of the Julian Alps. Our trail back passes shepherds huts on high mountain pastures and a hidden mountain lake.
This is a moderate walk with 5 hours of walking, not technically difficult but with some steep uphill sections. An easy option is also available visiting shepherds huts on the high mountain pasture – 1452m.
